BESTA Challenge archery Cup competition 2009 has announced its winner
Besta Sports Club held on September 19, 2009, in the Olympic stadium Bucharest, the third edition of the BESTA Challenge archery Cup. The winner of this edition is Razvan Marcu, the placed 4th at the indoor archery World Championship in 2009.
Besta Challenge Cup winner in 2009, Razvan Marcu, said: "It was a tough and stressing trial, for which I trained hard every single day. Each competition requires more training and hours of exercise. I hope I will be present at the next edition of Besta Challenge Cup, and I wish I will get good results in the international competitions as well."
Paul TUDOR, Chairman of BESTA Sports Club and the Romanian Federation of Archery, said: "It was a successful event. I am glad to see that from edition to edition, we can bring together more players from the affiliated clubs, sponsors and media. We will continue to support and promote this wonderful sport, through the events we organize, and by supporting the participation of the athletes at the international competitions."
The main sponsor of the event was Besta Group, which supported the competition since its first edition. At BESTA Challenge archery Cup took part professional archers , but also were present some of the sport’s fans.
The event was organized by Sports Club BESTA Bucharest, in co-operation with the Romanian Archery Federation, powered by Besta Group SA and supported by Hofigal company with prizes and promotional materials and by CSEurostil and Sports Directorate of Bucharest.
